Cloudy with a Chance of Heartbreak: Pro Gamer Dumps Weather Forecaster Yanet Garcia to Play Call of Duty

Yanet Garcia, the Mexican weather forecaster with legions of fans the world over, has been left out in the cold and all forlorn after her high profile gamer boyfriend ended their relationship so he could spend more time focusing on, wait for it, Call of Duty.

Oh. Dios. Mío.

Garcia, who is a household name for many the world over, after her viral YouTube forecasts which she routinely presents on Mexican TV station Televisa Monterry earned her the title “world’s sexiest weather girl”, has amassed a cult following of adoring fans for her figure-hugging outfits and revealing Instagram profile. Her (now ex) boyfriend, YouTuber and professional gamer Douglas “FaZe Censor” Martin, has been flunking out in recent competitions, and has apparently made the call to spend less time with the 34D-chested amateur meteorologist, and more time in front of the flatscreen, in order to ensure his abilities at the latest Call of Duty, “Black Ops IV”, are up to scratch before he reenters the hotly contested pro-gaming circuit.

Garcia is a social media sensation, with over 6.5 million followers on Instagram, and nearly half a million on YouTube. The newly single (and, in this writer’s opinion, soon to be remorseful) Martin has a tidy following himself, with 1.5 million on the ‘gram, and a staggering 2.5 million on his YouTube channel.

Martin made the announcement via his channel earlier this week, which has already clocked 1.25 million views, and a raft of hilarious comments from fans who almost unanimously agree that his latest career move is no bueno.

Garcia responded on Twitter, saying that she was “heartbroken”.

While most blokes don’t mind the occasional turn at shooting up the bad guys in a kick-ass RPG, especially one with Zombies, one could be forgiven for thinking that perhaps it’s more Martin’s own foot that he has shot, rather than the walking dead, this time around.
