Since its web debut in 2012, Jerry Seinfeld’s Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee has carved its way to the masses with its amazing guest lineups, unscripted exchanges, witty insights, and some pretty wicked rides.
Returning to Netflix on July 19, the 11th season of the artful, spontaneous, and dynamic show is a comedy fix you wouldn’t want to miss.
In a 2-minute teaser released by the top streaming service, Seinfield catches up with comedy legends like Jamie Foxx, Bridget Everett, Seth Rogen, Martin Short, and Matthew Broderick.
They are joined by Extras’ Ricky Gervais who returns this season for another cup of coffee with the famous comedian, Saturday Night Live star, Melissa Villaseñor, Sebastian Maniscalco, the 2019 VMA’s host, Mario Joyner, remembered for appearances in The Chris Rock Show, and Barry Marder who performed across the States as Seinfeld’s opening act and a long-time friend.
The superstar of the upcoming season is the hilarious Eddie Murphy who we get to see cruising around town in a spiffy drophead and hanging with Seinfeld at Improv.
The trailer features rides to die for such as Porsche Carrera GT, Porsche 356, Lamborghini Huracan Performante, Lambretta scooter, Vespa Sei Giorni, Rolls-Royce Dawn, Cadillac Sixty-Two Convertible, and Volkswagen Thing.
Over the years Seifield took numerous joke tellers for rides in some of the astounding 150 luxury cars to his name. Among those who claimed the shotgun since the show was first released are Larry David who co-created the Seinfeld sitcom with the comedian, fabulous Tina Fey, Barack Obama, Chris Rock, Alec Baldwin, David Letterman, Seth Meyers, Jay Leno, Jon Stewart, Jimmy Fallon, and the list goes on.
