Netflix has dropped the first trailer for the second season of Formula 1: Drive to Survive. The dynamic doco series returns offering viewers another ten episodes of intimate access to the high-stakes and adrenaline-fuelled action of the fastest sport in the world.
The second season focuses on the 2019 Formula 1 racing season which saw some alliances broken with top names now racing for new teams and this seemed to renew some rivalries along the way. This year, all ten teams, including Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula 1 Team and Scuderia Ferrari, gave Netflix insider access as they battled it out for racing glory.
Formula 1: Drive to Survive comes from the makers of Formula 1 documentary Senna and Amy Winehouse biopic Amy. Netflix says this second series will reveal the true story of the sport – not only the fight to be number 1, but the battle for the heart, soul, and direction of this multi-billion-dollar business.
Formula 1: Drive to Survive season 2 launches on Netflix on February 28, 2020. So, not long to wait at all.
