Move over WatchMojo, Netflix has announced daily top ten lists for its movie and tv streaming service following a successful six month trial in the UK and Mexico.
Complete with its own unique design, the feature adds a brand new row to Netflix offering customers a list of the ten most popular films and TV shows in your country.
Updated daily, the top ten lists will feature an overall top ten, plus top ten most popular TV series and films when you click on either tab.
Starting today you’ll notice something new when you go on Netflix: The Top 10 row!
The lists update daily to show what's popular in your country and are broken into three categories: Netflix overall, shows & films. Here’s an example of what they look like https://t.co/PKxTreBQuo pic.twitter.com/qaAlqCGgRn

Displayed on any film or TV Show that makes these lists will be a “Top 10” badge allowing users to see what’s in the Netflix zeitgeist anywhere on the platform.
Netflix is hopeful the Top 10 row will add to the conversations had between friends and family about their favourite shows and movies.
It comes after Netflix gave users the option to disable the irritating Autoplay preview function last month, as the streaming giant continues to look for ways to make the platform better.
