Ozark Season 4

“We’re so happy Netflix recognised the importance of giving Ozark more time to end the Byrdes’ saga right,” showrunner and executive producer Chris Mandy said in a statement. “It’s been such a great adventure for all of us — both on screen and off — so we’re thrilled to get the chance to bring it home in the most fulfilling way possible.”

Fans of the show were also treated to a teaser clip that paid homage to the award-winning show’s opening credits. Unlike the iconic introduction, however, this teaser didn’t leave us with the four symbol foreshadowing we’ve come to expect from the first three seasons, leaving the door open for a full 14 episodes of mystery and intrigue.

Ozark Season 4

As for what we can expect from Ozark Season Four is anyone’s guess at this point, but series star Jason Bateman did offer some insights. “A super-sized season means super-sized problems for the Byrdes,” he noted. “I’m excited to end with a bang(s).”

It’s high-time Netflix backed the Ozark series. The gripping drama has proven to be one of the platform’s most successful productions, garnering 14 Emmy nominations since it debuted in 2017. There is no official date announced for the release of Ozark Season Four, meaning now is as good a time as any to get re-acquainted with the first three instalments.
