One of the biggest cinematic surprises of the last few years was 20th Century Fox’s Deadpool. Those who have been wanting a sequel don’t have to wait much longer. The inane anti-hero is back again in June of 2018 and the 2nd official trailer was just released.
For those who haven’t seen the first movie… this trailer may seem a bit out of left field. In the style of painter Bob Ross, Wade Wilson A.K.A. Deadpool gives the viewer a ridiculous art tutorial while in disturbing fashion sensually describes what he is doing. The trailer bends from bizarre to borderline offensive, but maintains absolute gut-busting hilarity throughout.
At the 90 second mark, the art lesson breaks and the trailer descends into chaos as assumed clips from the new movie flash across the screen for a few seconds before you’re reacquainted with your wig-wearing host. From the small sample of scenes we are graced with, you can see several familiar faces from the first movie – a good sign after the wild popularity of the movie’s cast. As the trailer is closing out, you’re greeted with a new face as well; fellow superhuman Cable, to be played by Jeff Bridges.
If this trailer doesn’t make you just a bit ‘wet,’ then you’re doing something wrong. Follow the link below to see for yourself.
