Let me tell *you* something, pendejo. You pull any of your crazy shit with us, you flash a piece out on the lanes, I’ll take it away from you, and stick it up your ass and pull the f*cking trigger ’til it goes “click.”
You said it, man. Nobody f*cks with the Jesus.
For those of us who were too busy in the 1990’s to notice, or perhaps too young to care, let us recall ‘Jesus Quintana’ – a character played by John Turturro in The Big Lebowski, a 1998 cult-favourite directed by the Coen brothers. The Jesus Rolls sees Turturro return in all his loveably weird glory – he also wrote and directed the flick this time ‘round.
A sequel to the story from 1998, The Jesus Rolls has been dubbed a remake of the 1974 French comedy Going Places. With Jon Hamm, Christopher Walken, and a bunch of other big names, it’s bound to be pretty good. Check out the trailer above.
Lei parla inglese? Huh? Pardonez-moi? Wot? I don’t speak Italian and chances are you don’t either. Hopefully you can handle subtitles because this thing is in Italiano from start to finito.
If you happen to be in Italy this week, The Jesus Rolls is premiering on the 17th October. The rest of the world can expect it in early 2020.
