Ozzy Osbourne Approved Jason Momoa to Play Him in New Music Video

The following trailer has been approved by bat-loving audiences to accompany Ozzy Osbourne’s new album Ordinary Man.

That’s the disclaimer at the start of the promotional video for Ozzy’s latest album which dropped last week. It’s great to see the Black Sabbath singer still has a sense of humour at the ripe old age of 71. But it doesn’t end there. In the album teaser, a hooded figure with a cane approaches the microphone and those iconic rings are seen on his fingers. Then the hood is pulled back, and it’s the Aquaman/Khal Drogo – Jason Momoa lip-synching to Ozzy’s latest single Angry Little Green Men. The teaser ends with Momoa taking a bite out of a fake bat. Well, it’s probably fake.

Ozzy’s latest album Ordinary Man is a cornucopia of collaborations with Elton John, Travis Scott and now Jason Momoa being involved in some shape or form. While the 11 track album is available for purchase or streaming, you will have to wait a while before you can see Ozzy live on stage. Back in January, The Prince of Darkness revealed his struggles with Parkinson’s disease and more recently cancelled the North American Stretch of his upcoming tour. In a press release, Ozzy said, “I’m so thankful that everyone has been patient because I’ve had a shit year.”

As for Jason Momoa, he’s no stranger to taking the piss. During Super Bowl 2020, Momoa appeared in a commercial for Rocket Mortgage. It’s pretty great. I don’t want to spoil it so be sure to check it out below.
