adidas Golf Release ‘No-Dye’ Eco-Friendly Footwear Collection
Honouring their commitment to reducing waste, adidas is launching environmentally friendly versions of their two most popular golf shoes. The adicross ZX Primeblue and ZG21 Motion golf shoes will be produced in a “No-Dye” version that uses the material’s natural colour to cut down on water and energy use.

The brand believes its new sustainable golf shoes range will result in a 60 per cent saving on water and energy. “We’re continually evaluating ways to reduce our environmental impact when it comes to our products,” said Masun Denison, global director of footwear, adidas Golf. “With this collection, we’re giving golfers another reason beyond just style and performance to feel good about the shoes they’re wearing.”
Launching in January, the ZG21 is the latest shoe offering from adidas Golf. Same as the original ZG21, the textile is made with 50 pe rcent recycled material and by skipping the dying process, the shoe will become even more eco-friendly. Available in BOA and lace options, the spiked shoe boasts an incredible balance between performance and comfort.
Inspired by the popular 1980s design, the adicross ZX Primeblue offers a more trendy sneaker aesthetic. Coming on to the scene last year, the golf shoe mirrors the original ZX grip pattern but features added traction for the course. Made with recycled materials, the no-dye version is now an au naturel off-white colour that transitions perfectly from the fairways to the concrete.
