‘Busted a Nut’ – UFC Champ Israel Adesanya’s Unconventional Weight-Cutting Method Goes Viral

It’s no secret the fight game is a tough business. Sure, the prospect of getting punched in the face by a burly bloke isn’t exactly appealing, but it’s the little things that really make you quake in your boots. Take making weight, for example. We’ve all seen those fighters looking like they’ve been stranded in the Sahara for a month as they step on the scales, dehydrating their bodies to the point of near death. However, UFC champ Israel Adesanya has found a novel solution to this sweaty problem: self-love. Yep, apparently spanking the monkey helps him shed those extra pounds. Who knew that rubbing one out could be the secret to becoming a champion? Maybe we should all give it a try. But before you do, check out the video below.

We’re not entirely sure where this clip originated, but it was recently posted on Bleacher Report’s Instagram page. In the video, boxer Ryan Garcia responds to martial artist’s weight-cutting method, where he admitted to “busting a nut” to make weight. Garcia remarks that he’s never attempted that technique himself, but in the past, he has had his uncle shave his entire body to lose the last two ounces before a fight.

For those who aren’t up-to-date on sports news, Ryan Garcia suffered a TKO defeat to Gervonta Davis in Las Vegas on Saturday nighBefore to the fight, both boxers exchanged numerous insults. However, it was Davis who landed a powerful liver shot in the 7th round, causing Garcia to fall to his knees and ultimately lose the match. Some people (us) speculate that if Garcia had cleared his pipes, he might have been able to regain his footing during the fight.

On the other hand, the Masturbating Maestro, Israel Adesanya, miraculously won his latest fight against fierce rival Alex Pereira. Despite a barrage of strikes from his opponent, Izzy countered with a devastating punch and knocked him out cold. We can’t say for sure that his relaxed demeanour inside the octagon was due to releasing tension beforehand, but we also can’t deny the possibility that it contributed to his victory. Just look at Tyson Fury, the British heavyweight who attributes his success in the ring to masturbating seven times a day.

While a solid jab is certainly important in the fight game, it seems that if you want to become a champion, you might want to consider incorporating some “self-sparring” into your routine. So grab some tissues and lotion and start getting those rounds in, because it might just be the secret to becoming the top dog.
