Cam Smith Reveals Wild Celebration Plans After Winning The Open
Cameron Smith has rallied on the final day of The Open to secure a historic victory. And he plans to celebrate in true Aussie fashion – drinking a tonne of beer. Winning his first major championship, the 28-year-old golf stud from Queensland made an incredible comeback on Sunday to hurdle Cameron Young and Rory McIlroy and claim The Claret Jug at St. Andrews. When asked how he plans to celebrate the huge win, Smith gave an all-time response. Check out the clip below.

After losing the lead on Saturday, the PGA star was clutch down the stretch on Sunday. He racked up six birdies on the back nine to narrowly edge out generational talent Rory McIlroy and rising star Cameron Young. After an intense wait in the clubhouse, Smith now plans to relax and put his new piece of silverware to good use. Doubling down on his celebration plans in the official post-match press conference, he said he’s going to drink upwards of 40 beers. Just 40, Cam?

We just hope his caddy has packed enough electrolytes for the flight home.
