To celebrate the launch of its new vanilla flavour, Pepsi Max is hosting a pop-up dining experience in Sydney with help from some of the country’s most creative food and drink talents. For 3 days only, The Vanilla Kitchen will be open at Chippendale’s The Old Rum Store venue offering a unique 3-course menu that’s specially designed to push the limits of vanilla.
The menu has been designed by ACME’s Mitch Orr, Guilty’s Jimmy Hurlston, Saga’s Andy Bowdy and The Lobo Plantation’s Andres Walters to offer diners the ultimate culinary journey. The team have worked their gastronomic magic on the top secret menu, which recreates classics in ingenious ways, alongside Andre’s mixology creations, which perfectly complements each plate.
Lunch and dinner slots are available from 22-24 June, at the cost of $33 per person for a three-course meal, served with complimentary cocktails. Tickets will be extremely limited, but if you miss out, there’s no need to fret. To allow everyone to enjoy the tastes, The Vanilla Kitchen has partnered with food delivery service, Deliveroo, who will be delivering meals together with free samples of Pepsi Max Vanilla during the three-day event.
