Kanye Decks David Letterman Out in Yeezy Apparel

“It’s like when I used to work at the Gap, bro,” confesses Kanye, holding clothes on hangers while David Letterman ties his shoes. The clip comes from David Letterman’s upcoming Netflix show, My Next Guest Needs No Introduction.

In the video, Kanye decks out Letterman in apparel from his Yeezy line. Letterman, sporting a pretty impressive beard, is seen wearing a pair of slim-fit trousers coupled with a dark grey pullover. The outfit is topped off with a standout brown overcoat and a pair of military-inspired boots.

Letterman then styles the outfit for Kim Kardashian-West and her mother Kris Jenner. Letterman does little to hide his excitement, confessing, “I’d buy this. I like the colours, I like the fit, I love the shoes.”

Letterman’s show premiered on January 12, 2018. The first season consisted of six episodes, each featuring interviews with one guest. Kanye is the third guest of the second season, which consisted of episodes featuring Lewis Hamilton, Melinda Gates, Tiffany Haddish, and Ellen DeGeneres.

Kanye partnered with adidas to create the Yeezy line, with the Adidas Yeezy 750 Boost “Grey” being the first sneaker to launch back in February 23, 2015. October of that year saw the first official launch of “Yeezy Season 1” clothing.
