Through the growing popularity of the A-League and Australia’s performance on the international stage, Evason recognised an increasing desire for men to “live football.” It’s this belief that led Evason’s founders to launch a football inspired casual apparel brand that wouldn’t look out of place on the streets or at the beach.
“The general population is much more engaged and knowledgeable about the game and are living it more than ever before,” says Garth Lidbetter, Evason Co-Founder. “Football is affecting our culture.”
Like many Australians, Garth Lidbetter grew up in a coastal town. Life near the ocean affected his style and outlook on fashion. “I love football, but I didn’t really connect with the football or sports brands.” So Evason was created to remind us that football should be played together, wherever you may find yourself – In the streets, by the sea – Everywhere.
Evason products are thoughtfully crafted from the finest materials. Each tee is made from 100% combed cotton and preshrunk to minimise shrinkage. Each cap is a 6-panel flat cap Snapback design.
