Coming dressed in black, the PUMA x Helly Hanson Nitefox sneakers feature a transparent heat-cut TPU formstrip, zig-zag stitching, round laces and bungee cord. Next up is the Trailfox which is adorned with polyester webbing tape and nubuck detailing. This sneaker arrives with a heritage nylon and suede upper as well as a mesh tongue with a jacquard taping Helly Hanson logo. Both sneaker styles also feature a heat cut PUMA logo on the heel plus PUMA and HH branding.
The PUMA x Helly Hanson collection also includes cosy, reversible jackets with all-over-print graphics at the back, plus water repellent clever fabric to protect from wind and wet conditions. The collab extends to co-branded apparel with graphics on comfortable vests, hoodies with kangaroo pockets and pants with warming fleece and tees. Accessories like a fisherman beanie and an oversized waist bag complete the outfit.
Founded in Norway over 140 years ago, Helly Hanson originally created waterproof clothing for sailors and has since extended its range to include performance ski apparel, as well as premium workwear. The collaboration with PUMA takes inspiration from vibrant 90s designs, including the styles made popular by hip-hop culture and streetwear of the era. The collection incorporates a modern twist by adding outdoor-inspired details and elements.
