Italian label Salvatore Ferragamo launched a new fragrance named Ferragamo as a statement blend that expresses the confidence, passion and sophistication of the modern man. Ferragamo is a citrus, woody fragrance for men created by Perfumer Antoine Maisondieu, who intertwines these notes to channel the Italian roots of the luxury brand.
On the nose, an explosion of Mediterranean citrus gives way to vibrant bergamot and lemon, with floral, yet metallic violet leaves that are said to stand out with the strength of Ferragamo leather. Warm notes of musk and vetiver complete the fragrance, heightening its sensual dimensions.
Ferragamo is presented in a refined, modern glass bottle with a slender shape that resembles a skyscraper, inviting the discovery of its details from different perspectives. A vertical navy band enhances the silhouette while hosting the logo in a new lettering style that runs from bottom to top. The signature Salvatore Ferragamo Gancini buckle in silver metal provides the finishing touch.
The new fragrance is built around the concept “who do you want to be?” The Ferragamo fragrance for men is conceived for free-thinkers who follow their instinct and own rules while embracing new challenges while looking at things from different angles, with unstoppable creativity and boundless curiosity.
It’s designed for the man who lives in constant motion through dynamic connections and emotional experiences, becoming aware of who he wants to be and always leaves a lasting impact wherever he goes.
The fragrance launched in Australia early last week and was celebrated at the label’s Westfield boutique on Sydney’s Pitt Street. Canapes and drinks were served, as well as label representatives talking all things fragrance and Italian fashion.
Ferragamo is available in 50ml for $96 and 100ml for $134. You can pick up a bottle from Salvatore Ferragamo boutiques and Myer and David Jones stores across Australia.
