The Military Watch by Todd Snyder Is the Watch to Own

Last year American designer Todd Snyder teamed up with iconic watch brand Timex to develop a classic timepiece. Their popular watch blended modern design with vintage inspiration. The result was an instant hit. In fact, the watch sold out in less than 24 hours. Luckily for fans, the two brands have once again paired up to develop Todd Snyder’s latest design—The Military Watch.

The Military Watch, inspired by vintage military watches from the 1970s, was reinvented for everyday wear. This affordable watch features a vintage-style dial face that is adorned with unique artwork, including a red and black bullseye graphic used to indicate the time. To reinforce the military aesthetic, the watch counts in military time. The larger red ring of the bullseye reads from midnight to noon, and the black ring reads from noon to midnight.

Although it is a throwback to 70’s style watches, The Military Watch features contemporary technology, including 50-meter water resistance, Luminant hands and an INDIGLO night-light. Powered by a quartz movement, you can count on The Military Watch to be very reliable. The movement is housed in a 40mm stainless steel case. A mineral glass crystal protects the face of the watch. In keeping with the 70s utilitarian military-look, the watch features an olive-gray strap.
