Coutié went on to explain that we are always striving for something quicker and better and that we often forget something – ourselves. With the motto “Lost in the Valley, Found in the Valley” Coutié wants you to remember something vital – believe in yourself, remain faithful and be unique.
The Coutié x Vans Old Skool sneakers feature a custom yellow side stripe on an all black shoe, as well as a minimal white. The Lost in the Valley, Found in the Valley print is found on the front and side. The Coutié logo is printed on the back of the shoes, matching perfectly with the custom white laces.
The release of the Coutié x Vans Old Skool is a little odd, and they will have likely sold out by the time you read this. The sneakers were launched September 29 with remaining pairs available September 30, although only on Coutié’s German website which is in German. Hopefully, a batch will land on Coutié’s English site real soon.
