New Balance refuses to slow down. Its 2022 run of sneakers continues to move from strength to strength, unmatched by competition from a collaborative, craftsmanship and all-out performance basis. And in its latest campaign with District Vision that brand adds a focus to mental health and wellness fresh off the back of a Stone Island project that saw the Italian outerwear staple plastered across the front of the FuelCell RC Elite V2 running sneaker. The pair will release a capsule encompassing footwear and clothing Thursday, March 17.

Building on the hype that was 2021, the Boston-based sneaker staple introduces Los Angeles-based inner peace collective, District Vision, for the first time with a collection of technical apparel and footwear, releasing alongside a series of micro-courses that aim to provide fans with tools designed to increase mental health awareness through running.
“We believe in a holistic approach to athleticism and the idea that, in addition to function-first and performance-enhancing products, mental wellbeing is at the core of physical exercise, especially running,” said District Vision co-founder Tom Daly.
“We are thrilled about the opportunity to work with a heritage running brand on a collaboration that goes beyond just product. It is our hope that consumers will gain a deeper understanding of what it truly means to be a ‘mindful athlete’ and learn how running can be used as one tool in their mental wellbeing journey,” said co-founder Max Vallot.
Renowned artist, Filip Pagowski, takes on the task of design, crafting a range of pieces encompassing organic hand-drawn elements with a focus on mindful aesthetics to make up a functional and artistic uniform.
