Todd Snyder’s fashion label has been around for a decade now, having been founded in New York in 2011. But while the brand may have been founded on the East Coast of the United States, you can still see Snyder’s Midwest upbringing shining through (the designer was born and raised in Ames, Iowa). That influence played a role in Snyder’s stints at Polo Ralph Lauren as well as during his time as the director of menswear for Gap Inc, not to mention his work as the SVP of menswear for J. Crew. Snyder is no stranger to collaborations, having worked with many heritage brands, such as Timex, Red Wing Shoes, Thomas Madsen, and Alden. Just a couple of years after launching his own brand, Snyder started a partnership with Champion, and that relationship has been going strong ever since. The latest addition to the Todd Snyder x Champion collaboration may just be the most comfortable yet—a reverse French terry short sleeve sweatshirt.

The midweight reverse French terry short sleeve sweatshirt has “the furry side out,” creating a rugged effect for your style. The sweats are made in a family-owned factory just outside of Toronto, Canada, to ensure the highest standards of quality. Ribbing on the cuffs and waistband make for a more comfortable fit, along with the raglan sleeve and the v-shaped detail—or “dorito”—on the front neck. The shirt is made from 100 percent cotton, making it stretchy and able to wick away sweat. The shirt is offered in four colours: Navy Batik, Hunter Club, Antique Aqua, and Tuscan Terracotta.
