Bell & Ross recently drew a light (literally) on the stunning BR 03-92 Full Lum Diver’s watch thanks to its incredible illuminated face and bezel. Before we’d even had a chance to change the subject, the Parisian watchmaker drew our attention to another BR 03-92 model, this time in blue and bronze. What this latest piece lacks in the way of illumination, it makes up for in sheer elegance.
The BR 03-92 Bronze edition continues the Bell & Ross tradition of a round dial presented on a square case. The 42mm satin-polished bronze case features a unidirectional rotating bezel in solid bronze with a 60-minute scale.
The dial is presented in blue with gold-plated indices and gold-plated skeletonised hands. The inserts and hands are filled with Super-LumiNova for remaining legible in the dark. The dial is protected by sapphire crystal glass with an anti-reflective coating.
Bell & Ross equipped this limited edition piece with the calibre BR-CAL.302. Automatic mechanical movement which keeps track of the hours, minutes, seconds and date. While elegant and refined, this piece lives up to its diver name by remaining water-resistant to a depth of 300 metres.
For the strap, you have a choice between blue calfskin leather and blue rubber. The buckle is in matching satin-polished bronze.
Limited to 999 examples, the BR 03-92 Diver in blue and bronze is available now priced at $6,500 AUD.
There’s no shortage of elegant watches available, although few provide reliable underwater performance without sacrificing some of that fine-dining style and long-lasting comfort. Bell & Ross have created another fine exception with its BR 03-92 Blue Bronze edition.
