Bell & Ross Goes Aeronautic for BR 03-92 Red Radar
Bell & Ross took a stroll down memory lane for its latest watch. Back in 2011, the company introduced the BR 01-92 Red Radar, and now it is re-releasing the watch but with an updated aesthetic. The new Bell & Ross BR 03-92 Red Radar features a ceramic case and an aircraft radar dial, and stays true to the military-inspired themes that Bell & Ross has come to be known for.

The case for the Bell & Ross 03-92 Red Radar measures 42mm and features a round bezel. Completely done in black ceramic, the case is even more scratch resistant than stainless steel. It’s also lighter than steel, making the 03-92 Red Radar more comfortable on the wrist. The red sapphire crystal is anti-reflective, keeping the focus on the rotating discs and the analog seconds hand in the display. The rotating discs feature a passenger plan representing the hours and a fighter jet for the minutes. These markings and others are actually printed on the underside of the discs to provide even more visual depth to the images.
Powering the discs is a BR-CAL.302 automatic movement. This movement is based on the Sellita SW300. The watch comes on either a black rubber or an ultra-resilient black synthetic fabric strap, both of which come with a trapezoid-shaped pin buckle that is PVD coated in black. The closed case back is engraved with military-inspired inscriptions. It offers 100 metres of water resistance.
Bell & Ross are limiting the production of the BR 03-92 Red Radar Ceramic to just 999 pieces, with pricing coming in at $4,300. Bell & Ross expects delivery of the watch to start happening in July of 2021. For now, you can sign up to be notified of when the watch comes available on the Bell & Ross website.
