To celebrate the 35th anniversary of G-Shock, Casio is launching its first batch of all-metal men’s 5000 model wristwatches. The All-Metal 5000 collection boasts stainless steel housing and modern connected technologies while maintaining the vintage G-Shock aesthetic.
The All Metal 5000 collection features Bluetooth connectivity, and a super illuminator LED light with a solar battery that’s capable of self-charging. Also, the timepiece features two-way time sync with G-Shock’s Multi-Band 6 technology.
Other features include shock resistance and 200M water resistance, as well as world time (in 39 cities + UTC), four daily alarms and one snooze, a target alarm, a 1/100th-second stopwatch and countdown timer, full auto calendar and 12/24hr formats – all in a 43.2mm case.
