Casio recently unveiled a new watch made in partnership with Everlast, the top brand in boxing since 1910. The new G-Shock—the GBA800EL-4A—comes in the matte red made famous by Everlast boxing gloves.
The band features the iconic Everlast logo, which is also engraved on the case back and is prominently displayed on the dial. The watch was designed to meet the needs of modern fitness enthusiasts. A three-axis acceleration sensor tracks steps while walking or running. The count is displayed on the digital screen, which also shows the step count and hourly step graph. A status indicator shows the target achievement rate.
The new watch has Bluetooth capability and connects with the G-SHOCK Connected app. You can also use the watch to set up 20 sets of five timers on the app, allowing you to work through a bag routine or a set of sprints. With 200-metre water resistance and shock resistance, you won’t have to worry about damaging the watch.
It also comes with dual time functionality, and you can choose between 12 hour or 24 hour formats. Additionally, the watch has a stopwatch and countdown timer as well as five daily alarms. This isn’t just any watch—it’s the watch that’s going knock the competition down for the count.
