The Spartan Trainer Wrist HR is considerably smaller than its predecessors yet still delivers all of the training features you would expect, like daily activity tracking and a best-in-class heart-rate monitor powered by Valencell.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nClear and easy to follow colour graphics provide 24\/7 feedback and summaries while utilising the daily targeting for steps and calories to help you stay fit. Trainer HR uses GPS to measure speed, pace, distance and altitude.
