Consisting of four new models, Seiko’s GMT range picks up where its mighty predecessor left off. Holdover features include a distinctive dial display, which incorporates a Japanese Asanoha or hemp leaf pattern to weave a textural tapestry with nature-based underpinnings. For travellers and collectors alike, Seiko’s latest range wraps fashion and functionality into a seamless package. In addition to the GMT hand and two-toned dial ring, each model features a date sub-dial at six o’clock and a power reserve indicator at nine o’clock. Other mainstays include water resistance to 10 bar, a 45-hour power reserve (approximately), crystal sapphire protection, a pull-out crown, and an exhibition case-back. Then we have core tenets like the textural dial and angular case design, which are every bit as sharp-edged as the name would suggest.
