In partnership with James Boag.
With the Melbourne Cup fast approaching, many of us are still trying to figure out how we’re going to be enjoying the race. Whilst a select few will be basking in the celebrations trackside, there’s no denying the huge number of options available, in Sydney.
Showcasing the best places to visit in the lead up to and during The Cup, we’ve teamed up with James Boag to give you and three friends the opportunity to experience just that, the ultimate guys’ Cup weekend in Sydney.
Tasmanian beer extraordinaires James Boag are no strangers to spring racing. And as the official beer of the Melbourne Cup, they’ve returned this year to join Man of Many in devising an itinerary for the modern man. Combining the best dining experiences, hottest venues and activities that’ll make this year’s Melbourne Cup Carnival a memorable one– all without leaving the (great) city of Sydney.
The James Boag Brewery on the banks of the Esk River has been brewing with pure Tasmanian water and natural ingredients since 1881. Despite becoming one of the country’s much loved beers, they’ve never changed their principles or approach; instead staying true to their Tasmanian provenance and what’s made them such a top-seller in the first place.
In collaboration with James Boag, the itinerary will also see Aussie menswear masters MJ Bale and Sydney’s forerunners in haute hospitality Merivale, bring out the best of what’s on offer.
Merivale will be dishing up a huge display of racing revelry throughout the Carnival, including Tasmanian themed menus in select venues and the opportunity to try, for the first-time-ever, James Boag Premium on tap.
