There’s little denying our love of Bundaberg Rum here at Man of Many. From gulping a simple Bundy & coke to a savoured sip of their tasty Solera, we’re all about the iconic Australian spirit and its always-positive effects. The talented people at Bundaberg know how great their product is, too, with a dedicated festival to help the entire township celebrate its eponymous spirit, and you’re invited.
Held this coming Saturday the 14th of October at the Bundaberg Rum Visitor Experience, which is attached to the enormous distillery in the East Queensland town, the line-up for the day is a cracker, with live music, rum-inspired food and Bundaberg cocktails, as well as a special unveiling of some new offerings from the award winning spirit manufacturers.
One such unveiling that’s sure to please is the new Bundaberg Small Batch Silver Reserve – a white rum that’s been finished in first-fill American oak then charcoal filtered, delivering a balanced palate of subtle fruit and spice with a very smooth, clean finish – perfect for summer cocktails.
The festival is expected to attract over 10,000 visitors, many of whom will travel from out of town to join in the celebrations and consume some tasty sugarcane champagne in the sun with their fellow premium spirit fanciers – click the link below to get involved and we’ll see you there, beverage in-hand.
