The High West Whiskey Dining Experience will take place in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane across the month of October. A night of unforgettable drams, the event promises to transport attendees to the majestic mountains of Utah that the fabled distillery has called home for close to 20 years.

Over four courses of incredible food, High West’s master distiller, Brendan Coyle, will walk you through the brand’s remarkable journey before diving into the latest releases. Kicking off with the rich and full-bodied Bourbon, you’ll get a glimpse of what makes Utah whiskey so special, before taking a journey through High West’s bold and spicy Double Rye release. To finish, you’ll taste the unique smokiness of Campfire, along with one extra sweetener.

High West has confirmed that as an added surprise, it will unveil an exclusive whiskey pairing from the depths of High West’s cellars, available exclusively at the three Australian events.
