How To Get Your Hands On the Glenfiddich x MR PORTER 20 Year Old Single Malt

Who would have thought it? The world’s most awarded single malt Scotch Whisky goes down very nicely with the world’s best luxury online marketplace.

Online shopping destination, MR PORTER, has just announced this morning a first-of-its-kind collaboration with esteemed scotch single malt whisky, Glenfiddich. What promises to be a unique new expression from both outfits, it’s an elevation of the classic 20 years. Glenfiddich and Mr Porter’s single malt Scotch whisky is limited to only 1,500 bottles worldwide making it a true collector’s item that marks the fashion platform’s first foray into spirits.

Inspired by both brands restless pursuit of taste, elegance and innovation, the new expression is the brainchild of MR PORTER’s Creative Director Ben Palmer and Glenfiddich Malt Master, Brian Kinsman. Built upon a beautifully complex 20-Year-Old producing layers of fudge, spiced oak and caramelised Demerara sugar, then finished in hand-selected casks of New American oak, ex-bourbon and European oak sherry casks to create a deep, silky smooth single malt.

Designed to be enjoyed with close friends it’s an elegant addition to your spirit trolley. The bespoke casing, also designed by Palmer and Kinsman, will see the bottle presented in a crisp white, embossed casing, lined with a subtly designed, minimalistic monogram featuring the two iconic brand emblems.

Regular pundits who want to get their hands on Glenfiddich and MR PORTER single malt will need to visit Glenfiddich.com to register their details before the ballot opens on Wednesday 3rd of November. If selected, you’ll be able to buy one of the exclusive bottles for AUD $540.
