Simultaneously delivering “the best elements of Tasmanian Winter” and “the Tasmanian summer to come,” the Muscat Cask Finish from Lark Distilling Co. is the award-winning result of head distiller, Chris Thomson’s treasure trove of fortified wine casks. Discovered in the Barossa Valley in the spring of 2019, Chris managed to find a tiny parcel of ex-muscat casks used to finish what he calls an “extraordinary syrupy single malt.”

“It was an amazing honour for this whisky to be awarded Gold at IWSC, and we’re expecting this release to sell out fast,” commented Chris. “We’re incredibly proud to be creating the first-rate whisky like this here in our little distillery at the bottom of the world. I’m immensely proud of the quality of this product which comes down to the passion and dedication from our wonderful team at Lark.”

Snag a bottle of Muscat Cask Finish for as little as $79.99 for a 100ml taster. And if you really like it, you can upgrade to the $299.99 500ml bottle.
