Well, German Maison, RIMOWA has dropped a stylish solution, courtesy of its special edition twelve-bottle travelling case, capped off with a vintage touch. The Twelve Bottle Case features an aesthetic anodised grooved aluminium, a minimalist shell with high-gloss corners and a sleek leather handle for added comfort, making it a seriously baller addition to your travel gear. Which makes sense, considering four-time NBA MVP LeBron James helped create the new release.

As far as celebrity endorsements go, having King James’ seal of approval is the ultimate praise. The Basketball legend revealed that he had been working alonsigde RIMOWA for over a year on the Twelve Bottle Case in an effort to help him take his favourite Pinots and Napa Valley drops across the world with him. Thankfully, RIMOWA delivered the goods, going the extra mile with this limited edition piece. Inside, you’ll find a microfibre interior with safety bars to secure the bottles in transit alongside a padded cushion with varied thicknesses according to size. We love that this case can handle any standard wine bottle ranging from the Bordeaux to the Bourgogne and even a wider champagne bottle.

What we enjoy most about this piece is its sleek and stylish look, that’s equally discreet enough to not draw unwanted attention in public – and we reckon that’s pretty important when on the go. In fact, we think that if you saw this luggage on your travels, you’d have no idea that it was transporting such fine quality goods. The Twelve Bottle case is further secured by two TSA-Approved locks to stop any pesky opportunists from getting their hands on your precious drops of red and white wines.
