FinFest

Trade Dance Moves at Australia’s Biggest Finance Festival

We hope all you bears and bulls are ready to party because it’s time to get high, all time high (ATH). FinFest is launching a first-for-Australia finance festival in Sydney next month, and it looks more even exhilarating than catching a crypto pump in 2021. Hosted by the millennial money experts of Equity Mates, the festivities include bars, entertainment, and food running alongside educational sessions from some of the best business minds in the country, with the intention of leaving attendees inspired, buzzed or maybe both.

FinFest has been designed to challenge the perception that finance is boring. Bucking traditional convention, the finance festival taking place down at Barangaroo will feature DJs, drinks and food trucks as well as 5 purpose-built stages with over 50+ experts to present educational sessions on investing and entrepreneurship.

You’ll be hearing from Australia’s best investors and business leaders such as:

  • Effie Zehos (Indpendent Director of InvestSMART)
  • Matt Leibowitz (CEO and Founder of Stake)
  • Mark LaMonica (Director of Product Management, Individual Investor at Morningstar)
  • Anthony Doyle (Head of Investment Strategy at Firetrail)

With more and more millennials accessing the stock market, the culture of investing has changed. Learning how to make the most of your money no longer involves wearing a suit in a stuffy conference room, so head down FinFest on October 15 for a fun day of financial freedom.
