Start Your Day Right with Circuit Training on the Opera House Steps

The transition months are upon us, aka the season of Autumn where we so reluctantly transition from Summer to Winter. In Australia, Autumn brings its own hustle; think glorious food and wine festivals, world famous fashion weeks and extra long weekends. This year, Autumn also means the return of the second “Sunrise on the Steps”, The Sydney Opera House’s much-loved morning exercise program thanks to their principal partner Samsung.

The Sunrise on the Steps program runs for 10 weeks from 13 March to 18 May 2018. There are 4 classes a week all starting at 7 am with Tuesdays and Thursdays offering Circuit Training and Wednesdays and Fridays offering Yoga. All the classes will be led by professional trainers including Crawf Weir, Janis Blums and Adam Trama at $25 per person per class. Make sure you book online and make sure you do it asap as Sunrise on the Steps was completely sold out in its first year back in 2016.

Another added bonus, is that each class participant will have the opportunity to trail and WIN the Samsung Gear Sport so they can see first hand how technology can track and also improve the way we work out.  You probably won’t find a more ideal morning exercise spot than this; get your blood pumping whilst watching a Sydney sunrise with the Opera House as a backdrop.
