Magnum Drops New Ruby Chocolate Ice Cream

The good news is finally here. The legends over at Magnum have just unveiled a brand new, ultra-luxury ice cream; the Magnum Ruby. As anyone who has had their eye on the confectionery market for the last few years would know, Ruby chocolate is big news.

Ruby Chocolate Magnum

First unveiled in 2017 by Barry Callebaut, the world’s leading manufacturer of high-quality chocolates, the new innovation send sweet-tooths into meltdown. Regarded as the fourth type of chocolate, after dark, milk and white, Ruby chocolate has a delicate fruity taste and natural pink colour. Now, magnum is getting in on the action.

The brand claims to be the first ice cream brand in the world to pair Ruby chocolate with ice cream, and what’s more, they’ve gone and done it twice. You can score the Magnum LUXE Ruby & Raspberry variety, which contains velvety white chocolate ice cream and a raspberry swirl and the new Magnum LUXE Ruby and Blood Orange, which cops a rich vanilla ice cream and blood orange swirls.
