Weekend Australian Magazine has released its annual guide to the country’s hot 50 restaurants for 2019. This year, the focus is on new restaurants and those that recently reinvented into something fresh.
Carefully selected by The Australian’s restaurant critic, John Lethlean, the Hot 50 restaurants profiles by state, before selecting the ‘hottest’ overall.
