The Draper House from Land Ark RV has a lot in common with its sister RV, the Drake. Both sport a black cladding on the outside and a light pine interior. But just like any sibling, while plenty compares, there are also differences that set each apart. For starters, the Draper is the Drake’s little sister, coming in at 300 square feet (57 square feet smaller).
That drop in size means that the Draper sleeps four either in its single loft for two or on the convertible, U-shaped sofa that changes into a queen size bed.
The Draper and Drake both have a slant to their roofline, but the Draper’s is sharper, making it stand out even more. The Draper also has a fold-down deck that is lowered by a winch and measures 7 feet by 14 feet. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances with plenty of shelves and storage. In the bathroom, you’ll find a full shower, and on those especially dirty adventures, you’ll be able to make use of the washer/driver unit in the mudroom.
Closed cell spray in the floor, walls, and roof, with an extra layer of rigid insulation outside the framing in the walls and ceiling, keep the RV cozy. The tankless water heater works off of propane, and the corrugated metal siding is maintenance free. The Draper has standard water and sewer connections.
