Lil Wayne’s Whopping $46 Million Miami Beach Mansion is Up for Sale

Lil Wayne is selling his Florida crib and is looking to make more than just a milli. The superstar rapper, born Dwayne Michael Carter Jr, recently listed his waterfront estate in Miami Beach for a cool USD$29.5 million (AU$46.2 million), hoping to make a healthy profit if the sales target is reached.

In 2018, the 40-year-old paid USD$16.8 million for the newly built spec mansion, which features seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms and stunning water views. Located in the exclusive guard-gated Allison Island, directly overlooking Biscayne Bay, the half-acre plot of land offers 110 square feet of water frontage, with the modern manse spanning over 10,600 square feet.
Built by Miami developer Laurent Harari and designed by noted local architect Ralph Choeff, highlights include a custom mahogany entryway that opens to a commodious great room adorned with a 22-foot ceiling, a spectacular lacquered fireplace and sliding glass doors opening to the backyard. Elsewhere, you’ll find the main kitchen with custom Italian cabinetry and Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, a chef’s kitchen with separate staff quarters, two family rooms, a movie theatre and a wine cellar.

Walking up the sculptural floating staircase, the 2,500 square foot master retreat comes equipped with a sitting area, walk-in closet, luxurious dual baths and an expansive private terrace. Outdoors, the tropical backyard features a large swimming pool flanked by an open-air cabana with its own kitchen and bath, plus plenty of room for al fresco lounging and parties.
