Tiger Woods and Justin Timberlake Team Up to Build Dream Town in Florida

Picture this: you’ve accomplished everything you’ve ever dreamed of and made so much money that you’re running out of ideas on how to spend it. So, what’s next? Building rockets to take us to Mars? Sure, that sounds like a good idea, but Tiger Woods and Justin Timberlake have a different plan – they’re teaming up to build a luxury residential community in Wellington, Florida. Move over Elon Musk; we’ve got a new power duo in town.

The community, called The Wellington (although we were secretly hoping for Tiger Town), is a joint effort between the two superstars, billionaire Joe Lewis and equestrian entrepreneur Mark Bellissimo. They’ve even partnered with The NEXUS Luxury Collection, an international real estate development and asset management company, to ensure everything is top-notch. And by the looks of their plans, it will be a paradise on Earth.

The community will feature single-family custom homes and condo residences with lots starting at USD$3 million and homes beginning at USD$4 to USD$5 million. But what really caught our attention were the next-level amenities. First, there’s the Cypress Golf Course, an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Pete Dye, which will undergo a major renovation process. Will Tiger be acting as the local club pro and giving lessons to residents? We’re not sure, but we can dream.

If golf isn’t your thing, don’t worry, they’ve got you covered. The town will also have a world-class racquet centre, stadium tennis court with 12 additional tennis courts, ten padel courts, and 12 pickleball courts. That’s right, you read that correctly, pickleball. Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, there will be two separate field houses that offer a multitude of amenities. These will include full-sized basketball courts, five sports simulators, cardio training rooms, weight rooms, saunas, a cold water plunge, saltwater float pods, and a full-service spa providing massages, recovery and wellness treatments.

Although the older kids have been adequately catered to, the younger ones won’t be left out as they will have access to both indoor and outdoor facilities for some fun and play. These facilities include game rooms, bowling lanes, arts and crafts stations, and rock climbing walls. Additionally, there is a 16-acre Central Park and a lake equipped with running trails, yoga gardens, and other recreational features. If you decide never to venture outside of The Wellington again, there’s also a 17-acre commercial centre with shops, offices, and restaurants available.
