The aluminum-bodied Airstreams are icons of the American highways. The new Airstream Nest may not have that shiny body, but it still fits in all the comforts of its predecessors.

The exterior is a two-tone premium gel coat that gives the Nest a modern and sophisticated look. There are plenty of windows to allow in light, but they also come equipped with Oceanair blinds for privacy when you want it. For those dark nights out in the wilderness, LEDs on the entry and entry handle help you find the camper. Screens will let in the fresh air while keeping the bugs out.

The floorplan of the trailer is compact, but perfectly luxurious. The little camper includes a kitchen and full bath with sleeping and dining areas. The kitchen has a two-burner cooktop that can be covered for additional counter space when the burner isn’t in use. The refrigerator, which has an icebox, isn’t the only appliance; there’s a microwave too. The stainless steel sink is spacious enough for washing. Extra space is maximized by turning it into storage and cabinet space.

The living space doubles as the sleeping space as well, easily converting between the two. The area can be converted into a dining or work area, then changed back into a bed perfectly sized to sleep two. The 16U floorplan also includes a U-shaped dinette that can be converted into an extra bed.

With all the amenities, the Nest is set to become the next Highway Icon.
Check it out
Have you subscribed to Man of Many?
