PXG Addresses a Big Part of Your Game with Milled Putters

You may not necessarily associate the term “Xtreme” with golf, but Parsons Xtreme Golf (PXG) definitely merits the title, especially with the recent launch of their new 100 per cent milled Gen2 putters. PXG’s new putters come in eight different head models—Bat Attack, Operator, Gunboat, Mini Gunboat, Lucky D, Closer, Mustang, and Brandon.

You can also select from three hosel options (double bend, plumber’s neck, and heel-shafted), two finishes (black and chrome) and adjustable sole weights of 5-gram increments ranging from 5 to 20 grams (the weights are made of either titanium or tungsten).

According to PXG, “putts account for roughly 40 per cent of shots taken, yet only a small percentage of golfers make an effort to be properly fitted.” The many options and configurations available in the Milled Putters allows for golfers to create the best putter for themselves. Working with PXG’s online ordering system, golfers can choose their preferred dexterity, loft, lie, shaft length, and grip.

PXG also uses an innovative pyramid pattern on the face of the putters, which the company claims increased the “bite” into the golf ball cover, resulting in better roll, better sound, and better feel.
