Aston Martin’s Red Bull Racing Vantage Made its Australian Debut
Even as adults we still have to deal with the feeling of not being invited to the cool parties. The special edition Aston Martin Red Bull Racing Vantage S recently made its Australian debut at a private event held at Doltone House, a luxurious harbour-side venue overlooking the stunning Sydney skyline. Local VIP customers were introduced to the brand’s latest offering during the evening event that was hosted by Aston Martin’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Dr Andy Palmer. We first learned of the vehicle back in February when Aston Martin announced the innovative partnership with Red Bull Racing and approval from drivers Daniel Ricciardo and Max Verstappen, who etched their signatures on both the sill and inspection plaques.
Complementing the F1 driver’s signatures is the unique deep Mariana Blue paint finish that comes as standard, but there’s also the option for gloss Tungsten Silver or Satin Mariana Blue. Red infills on the carbon fibre grille and yellow callipers complete the iconic colour scheme. Inside, you can expect further sporting features, including Red Bull Racing headrest embroidery, carbon fibre trim inlays, diamond-quilting and an Alcantara steering wheel complete with 12 o’clock accent stripe.
Dr Andy Palmer, said: “We are also thrilled to reveal the new Vanquish S to the Australian market. We are already experiencing unprecedented demand for Vanquish S, reaffirming the strong affinity for Aston Martin in Australia.” You can order the Vantage S Red Bull Racing Edition right now with prices starting at $AUD 259,995 drive away for the V8 model, while the V12 Vantage S Red Bull Racing Edition Sportshift is available from $AUD 422,770 plus on-road costs. Deliveries will commence in Q2 2017.
