If you’ve heard rumours that Ford is bringing back the Bronco in 2020, you may be anxiously wondering what exactly we’ll be getting. While we wait for details, in the meantime we can enjoy the custom four-door Bronco from Maxilder. Even this build leaves you wondering just a bit, but the details we do have will make you salivate.
For starters, the project has garnered a lot of support. Sponsors for the build include Roush Performance, Yukon Gear & Axel, Currie Industries, EPAS, Centech, MPT Custom Tunes, Wildhorses 4X4—just to name a few. Aside from having four doors, this Bronco gives plenty of reasons to fall in love. The Roush supercharged Coyote 5.0L engine packs a walloping 670 horsepower, which is channelled through a state-of-the-art drivetrain.
And given all the sponsors, you know there’ll be plenty of amenities.
Maxilder displayed the Bronco at SEMA in the Yukon Gear & Axle booth. It was pitted against many other vehicles in the Battle of the Builders competition. It may not have carried the field, but it did come in top 10 in the Truck-Off-Road category, and it has continued to win more awards since.
So, while you wait for the unveiling of the newest generation of Bronco, take a look at this custom and remember why you fell in love with Broncos to begin with.
