While Jaguar’s heritage lies closer to luxury saloon motoring the British marquee has dabbled in supercar excellence in the past, most notably with the XJ220 of the early 1990s. 20 years later the company is back with a new supercar, one that Jaguar hopes will cover all automotive bases. Using the company’s best engineers, Jaguar wanted a car that was as environmentally friendly as a Toyota Prius, as fast as a Bugatti Veyron, and had the looks of, well, a Jaguar. The company succeeded with the C-X75 Concept (yes unfortunately it is a concept for now), a hybrid supercar that pumps out 800bhp, hits 100mph in six seconds, and boasts an aggressive design.
