In most cases, the world is slowly moving toward electric vehicles. In the case of the 2020 Zero SR/F electric motorcycle, that speed is greatly increased. Zero’s electric motorcycle delivers 140 ft-lbs of torque with 110 horsepower thanks to Zero’s new ZF75-10 motor. The ZF14.4 lithium-ion battery grants the bike a 200-mile maximum range (with the addition of Zero’s Power Tank).
But it’s not just power and range that are impressive about Zero’s motorcycle. The bike also features Zero’s Cypher III operating system, which pairs with Bosche’s MSC System to provide dynamic acceleration, improved stability, and better performance regardless of the road conditions. The system has best-in-class straight-line ABS and cornering braking, as well as better traction control and drag torque control. All of that means that you’ll have a better and safer riding experience on the SR/F.
Cypher III also comes with a customizable dash that links with Zero’s next-generation app so that you can get better information and have better communication with the bike so that performance is always at its peak. You can monitor the bike through four main areas: Bike Status and Alerts, Charging, Ride Data Sharing, and System Upgrades and Updates. Through the app, the bike is continuously connected to cellular networks, transmitting ride information, current bike status, and location.
You can select from the Premium build, which includes a fly screen, heated hand grips, and aluminum bar ends ($20,995), or the standard ($18.995). You can also add on a rapid charge system.
