Monaco-based yacht builder Dynamiq has joined forces with Studio F.A. Porsche to create an exclusive series of all-aluminium superyachts imbued with Porsche DNA. Taking the spirit of high-performance sportscar stylings to the seas, the Dynamiq GTT 115 is the biggest and boldest of the range. The yacht is designed to appeal to both car lovers and forward-thinking yacht owners who appreciate the advantages of speed, style and Porsche’s philosophy of intelligent performance. For the curious types, the ‘GTT’ stands for Grand Turismo Transatlantic.
The GTT 115’s exterior boasts refined lines with signature Porsche elements, such as the Targa-style mullions or a hull design that echoes the Mission E concept. The deck cushions feature fabric with a classic Pepita houndstooth pattern, similar to the latest 991 R edition. Owners have the choice of signature Porsche Carrara White, Rhodium Silver, Chalk or custom Monte-Carlo Blue colours.
The sporty yet refined interior features four luxury cabins with Saddle Brown and Luxor beige leather with carbon fibre detailing and expansive surfaces of Sahara Noir marble. The furniture and decoration were developed in association with the Italian designer brand Minotti.
Powered by twin 1213kW MAN engines paired with the latest Fortjes 5000 pods, the versatile superyacht can exceed a maximum speed of 21 knots and is capable of crossing the Atlantic. With a shallow draft of just 1.45 metres, the yacht is ideal for the Mediterranean, Caribbean or Southeast Asia. An optional hybrid power system is also available. Other notable technical features include two engine rooms, with twin 45kW Fischer Panda variable-speed generators located in the bow. This smart layout ensures a silent ambience at night.
The first GTT 115 by Studio F.A. Porsche is available for sale with delivery in September 2017. A limited edition of just seven GTT 115 yachts will be manufactured, making the model a truly unique collector’s edition. Prices for the GTT 115 start from the whopping yet expected sum of €11,900,000, with a delivery time of 15 months from the date of order. 100 and 80ft models will follow.
