The MacBook Pro is already great, but that didn't stop Apple from making it even greater. Specifically, the brand's flagship laptops are now more advanced than ever before, and by that we mean they're faster, smarter and stronger. Under the skin are new 8th-generation Intel processors, which go up to 6-core on the 15" model, with a whopping 70% increase in processing speed. Also featured is support for up to 32GB of memory, a True Tone display, and an improved third-generation keyboard for quieter typing. Apple is calling it the "fastest and most powerful notebook" they've ever made, and the specs would certainly indicate as much. As for the design--well, you know what they say: if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Bolstered by their expanded memories and faster performances, the new MacBook Pros allow users to multi-task at greater speeds, run simultaneous apps, and load larger files. Both the 13" and 15" models will include a Touch Bar, making navigation, control, and security a breeze. Speaking of security, each model comes equipped with the Apple T2 chip and "Hey Siri" functionality. Meanwhile, a new retina display with True Tone delivers 500 nits of brightness and a full spectrum of natural colour.

If only the tippy top shelf will suffice, then the 15" variant is calling your name. However, the 13" model is certainly no slouch. Available for separate purchase are some new premium leather sleeves, which come in a variety of colours. Last but not least, Apple is promising to deliver a new and improved operating system, Mojave, in the Spring. As one might expect, Mojave will bring with it a range of goodies. To read more about it, check out our previous write-up. Suffice to say, now is a great time to update your arsenal, provided you have the cash to spare. To that end, the laptops start at A$2,699 and A$3,499, respectively.
Check it out
Have you subscribed to Man of Many? You can also follow us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
