Bang & Olufsen has entered the soundbar arena and the results are just as stunning as you’d expect them to be. Available in either natural aluminium, bronze-tone aluminium, or smoked oak, Beosound Stage rolls elegant design and top-shelf performance into one blatantly superior package. Pair it with your smart TV or use it as a formidable music system, complete with multi-room functionality.
Designed in collaboration with Danish studio NORM Architects, Beosound Stage integrates a wraparound frame and sensory control panel to seamless effect. When affixed to the wall, the soundbar appears to float in space while injecting powerful sonics and a discernible element of sophistication into any modern decor.
Thanks to 11 custom-designed speaker drivers and Dolby Atmos, Beosound Stage delivers deep bass and rich, 3D audio. Also featured are five different listening modes and TouchTone technology, the latter of which fine-tunes the sound according to your personal mood and taste. It all makes for a truly superior slab of audio gear, but you knew that as soon as you saw the words Bang & Olufsen.
Beosound Stage is available early November 2019. The Silver Frame with Black Fabric cover and the Bronze Tone Frame with Warm Taupe Kvadrat Fabric cover are AU$2,500 each, while the Smoked Oak frame and Grey Kvadrat fabric cover version is AU$3,500.
