Jabra’s latest true wireless earbuds, the Jabra Elite 75t, were originally slated to come to market at a $200 price point, but just before they came out, the price was knocked down to $180. A 10 percent drop in price may not seem like much, but when you consider all that Jabra is offering in these buds, you can really appreciate the move.
Part of what makes the Jabra Elite 75t true wireless earbuds such a great value is that they are smaller than your average earbuds, which translates into them sitting in your outer ear much more comfortably. That diminutive size also allows for the deletion of ear fins as the Jabra Elites can sit securely in the ear without needed fins. Smaller buds also means a smaller charging case. Fortunately, you won’t have to worry too much about losing the set as you can use the Sound+ app to track where the case is.
Of course, going smaller often means sacrificing function or quality of sound. Not so with the Jabra Elites. These earbuds have a deep and resonant bass, and they are factory-tuned to take advantage of that feature. That over-pronounced bass can be problematic for some types of music like Jazz or Classical, but a little tweaking of settings in the app and you’ll be rocking soon enough. That extra bass translates exceptionally well for watching movies, though.
The 75t earbuds are controlled via buttons located on the buds themselves. They feature a click that lets you know whether you’ve actually activated the buttons or not. Using either single, double, triple, or long-press clicks, you can access a number of different functions. The Jabra Elites also come with a four-mic array for use when making calls. As for battery life, you’ll get a solid 7.5 hours out of a full charge.
If comfort and performance are your concern, then you won’t go wrong with Jabra’s Elite 75t Wireless in ear buds.
