JBL has launched a brand-spanking new Bluetooth speaker to handle both your indoor and outdoor music needs. Powerful, waterproof and shaped a little like a football, the JBL Charge 4 should provide more than enough entertainment during your next backyard pool party or camping trip.
Having launched in Australia at JBL’s Live Lounge along with the new PartyBox 300 speaker, Charge 4 boasts heart-pounding bass along with 20 hours of playtime. So it’s almost guaranteed to last as long as the party. Ignore the rain and don’t worry about it taking a swim. This speaker can be submerged in water and will still play your favourite tunes.
Since the release of the Charge 3 speaker, JBL engineers have developed an all-new transducer which increases the sound’s reach. Charge 4’s also adds the latest modern structural elements like 3D metallic passive radiators for deeper bass.
“Compared to others of its size, the JBL Charge 4 is one powerful speaker, with amazing sound that consumers can both see and hear when the music is playing,” says Marcus Fry, Brand Activation Director of JBL AU and NZ.
“Our updated design provides both added durability and vibrant new colours, making it the perfect addition to any setting, whether that be in the home or outdoors.”
The JBL Charge 4 Bluetooth Speaker is available now. You can pick one up from select retailers and online for around $200. The Charge 4 also introduces new colours to the family, with shades including Dusty Pink, Forest Green and Steel White.
